Stages of changing the application on the site after its registration
The receipt of the request
Within 24 hours of registering the order, the confirmation team confirms the order through a confirmation call with the customer, in which only the customer data and product name are confirmed, and the timing of calls is from 9 am to 5 pm, in the event that the order is registered on the site before 3 pm Confirm the order on the same day to go out for delivery the next day, and in the case of registration after 3 pm, it will be confirmed the next day to go out for delivery the next day.
The request has been suspended
In the event that the first confirmation call is not answered, the client is tried again on the same day. In the event of no response in the two times, we make a third and fourth attempt on the next day until a response is received. In the event of no response, we make a fifth, sixth and seventh attempt on the third day. Suspension of the application after all seven attempts have been exhausted.

Confirmation of the request takes place on the same day if the request is registered before 5 pm (Kingdom time), and the next day if it is delivered after 5 pm, the confirmation team working hours are from (9 am to 5 pm)

Waiting for the shipping company
The shipment is being prepared and waiting for the shipping company to receive the product from our warehouse.
Delivery is underway
The order has been delivered to the shipping company and will reach the customer during the official shipping dates, and the representative will communicate with the customer to set a suitable date and time.
Delivery suspension
The request is suspended in several cases, which is the customer’s failure to respond to the calls of the shipping company’s representative, the existence of any problem with the address, or delaying delivery through the customer, and the request is temporarily suspended until the address is clarified or another number is sent, or on the day specified for receipt.
Cancellation or rejection of the request
In the event that the customer rejects or cancels the order for any reason, the status of the order is changed to “Rejected” with an explanation of the reason in the notes, and the profits of the order are not added to your wallet.
Delivered
The profit of the order appears in the expected profit field within 6-12 hours at most of the customer’s receipt, and it becomes exchangeable within 24 hours of the date of receipt.
